Charlotte County lobbies federal government officials on issues vital to county businesses, residents and government through policy maker and lobbyist visits. County representatives meet with these government leaders to help bring federal dollars back to the county for priority projects and to share how federal decisions may affect Charlotte County and our residents. The County focuses its efforts based upon priorities set forth by the Board of County Commissioners in an annual legislative agenda.
